Andrew is an inveterate traveller since his early student days (when he still had hair and a beard!). A Masters graduate from a leading UK University, he started his travel career in local tourist boards before founding his business all those years ago. He is a real authority on all things British and Irish and has a strong personal interest in the history and heritage of the many European cultures and peoples.

Still active in Finest Journeys, and when not involved in senior management activity, Andrew involves himself in the details of tour planning.

After graduating with degrees in languages and tourism, Marilia has accumulated her 25+ years in the travel industry and has both guided and managed tours into most European countries. High end luxury tours are her favourite as she is a real perfectionist and brings that attention to detail into every trip she organises. Marilia’s international career took her from Frankfurt to Geneva, Florida, Lisbon and now London which has given her an unrivalled and first-hand knowledge of the European travel and hotel industry.
