Continue the afternoon with a to Murano, where you will be able to admire the art of glass blowing. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the city on your own or visit the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.

Florence
Your next stop on this Italian adventure is Bologna, city famous for its university, architecture, fine sausages and hams. Your guide will show you the sights including Neptune's fountain, the Kissing Towers and Piazza Maggiore. Enjoy a pasta making class followed by launch.
Arrival in Florence mid afternoon and rest of the day at leisure.

Florence
After breakfast, meet your local guide for half day tour of Florence, including a visit of Academia Gallery and the beautiful statue of David by Michelangelo. You will then proceed to the Cathedral Square with the Duomo and the Baptistery, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria Square and Santa Croce Square.
Lunch and rest of the afternoon at leisure to explore the Uffizi Museum or the Gucci Museum.

Tuscany
After breakfast and check-out, you will be transferred to Rome - the 'Eternal City'.
On the way, you will visit the medieval village of San Gimignano, often described as 'the most famous small town in Italy'. The charming hilltop town is noted for its many towers, its breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape and it famous wine - vernaccia. Proceed to the Chianti area and, after a typical wine tasting ar a local vineyard, re-board your coach for your drive to Rome.

Rome
Today is all about exploring the most famous monuments and sites of Ancient Rome, birthplace of modern civilization and capital of the Roman Empire. Learn how Julius Caesar and many almighty Emperors conquered the ancient world with a visit to the Roman Forum. You will walk through Via Sacra (the Sacred Way), the route followed by religious and triumphal processions.
Then continue with a visit to the Roman Colosseum, an enormous amphitheatre where gladiators, Christians and wild beats once battled to the death in front of 50,000 spectators. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure, when you can enjoy a walk to the Piazza Navona and taste the wonderful local gelato.

Vatican
Meet your local guide for a half-day tour of the Vatican. You will enter the Vatican Museum before the opening time to have breakfast in the courtyard, followed by a tour of the galleries which contain thousands of amazing treasures collected by the Popes throughout the centuries. Then you will visit the Sistine Chapel, where you will raise your eyes in wonderment to see Michelangelo's 'Creation' and the famous 'Last Judgement'.
In the afternoon, you will have time to admire St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in the world. Among the many fine pieces of art and mosaics on display are Michelangelo's 'Pieta' and the beautifully carved Bernini Pulpit.
